Shipping & Handling

Firstly, thank you so much for your support! Every purchase made me to keep doing what I love and that love transferred to every piece I made. Just a couple of notes on shipping.

All sales are final. Slight variations in texture, size, and color are all a part of what makes each piece unique and highlight the ceramic process! and when I do a batch of the same item I try to make each one a bit different so you can have a unique character piece, Please keep that in mind when purchasing a piece.

 
LEAD TIME: Allow for 2-5 days for processing and shipping of already made pieces and 5-8 weeks for Made to Order pieces.

REFUND POLICY ON DAMAGED PIECES: If a piece arrives damaged, please email tania.ecuevas@gmail.com ASAP with your order number, photos of the piece, and a photo of the parcel box with the shipping label clearly in view. You will receive a refund or a new piece will be sent. Replacement or refund requests can only be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date.
